Duties

• Manage complex acquisitions, financings, leases, loan restructurings, dispositions, and project development matters.
• Represent clients in real estate transactions and development projects for data centers across the United States.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of demonstrated experience handling complex real estate transactions.
• Active admission to the District of Columbia Bar is required.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
