Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney licensed and residing in Tennessee to join its growing practice in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience representing creditors in foreclosures, evictions, and/or title proceedings. Experience in creditor-side bankruptcy and litigation is advantageous. The role requires strong prioritization and management skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Review title abstracts and loan documents for foreclosure sales.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Communicate with clients, outside counsel, and court personnel.
• Appear in court for motions, conferences, and hearings as needed.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Tennessee; additional state admissions are a plus.
• Positive, respectful, and growth-oriented mentality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
