Duties

• Assist with transaction closings and overall project management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant law firm experience in tax credit finance or related fields.
• Experience with Historic Tax Credits and/or New Markets Tax Credits.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
