Duties

• Appear at RFOs, DVRO hearings, settlement conferences, and trials in Riverside County Superior Court.



• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery documents for complex family law cases.

Requirements

• Active California State Bar license with 2-5 years of family law experience.



• Demonstrated courtroom experience in California family court proceedings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Experience with or preference for Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) certification is desired.

Skills

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills for high-asset divorce and custody matters.



• Ability to manage a caseload with attention to detail and timely execution.
