Duties

• Handle insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze complex issues related to insurance defense claims.
• Assist with case preparation, including discovery and trial proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents associated with insurance defense matters.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys on insurance defense cases.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Active bar admission in Louisiana and/or Texas.
• Relevant litigation experience demonstrating strong case management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Louisiana and/or Texas.
