Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level litigation associate to join its Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, and/or product liability and mass torts.

Duties

• Handle matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business torts.
• Manage cases related to fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and consumer protection.
• Address product liability claims.

Requirements

• Current member of the Pennsylvania bar in good standing or willingness to take the bar at the first opportunity.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• 1-3 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Prior clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
