Duties

• Engage in commercial and health care litigation matters.

• Travel within South Carolina for case-related matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar and residency in South Carolina.
• Experience in taking depositions and arguing motions.
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision.
• Strong judgment, initiative, and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
