Duties

• Represent lenders, buyers, borrowers, and sellers in real estate financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents.
• Manage due diligence and transaction closings.
• Engage in loan originations, refinancings, and restructurings.
• Handle preferred equity financings and warehouse lending structures.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills

• Strong team orientation and ambition.
• Experience with CRE repurchase facilities and note-on-note transactions.
