Duties

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery or the District of Delaware.
• Superior research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Licensed to practice in Delaware or awaiting admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
