Duties

• Support real estate practice serving national homebuilding clients.
• Handle acquisitions and transactions related to residential housing subdivisions.
• Conduct title and survey reviews; manage easement, leasing, and finance matters.
• Manage a high volume of active matters with strong organizational skills.
• Participate in team update calls and quarterly division trainings.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and proactive client service skills.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Dallas and licensed to practice law in Texas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas or ability to waive-in.
