A law firm seeks a licensed attorney to join its litigation team in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. This full-time, in-office position offers substantial courtroom experience, motion practice, and the opportunity to manage cases from inception through post-judgment proceedings in a dynamic litigation environment.

Duties

• Manage a high-volume caseload of commercial and consumer collection matters from inception through post-judgment proceedings.
• Appear in court, both in person and virtually, for commercial and consumer collections cases.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team leads on case management, policies, and business development.
• Work with a team of paralegals and litigation professionals supporting the practice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Active Georgia Bar license required; additional state licenses are a plus.
• Knowledge of creditors' rights and collection law preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Georgia Bar license.
