Duties

• Organize and advise venture funds, venture studios, incubators, and accelerators.
• Provide counsel on private investment fund formation and relevant corporate and securities regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to support fund formation activities.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of experience in VC or PE private investment fund formation.
• Barred in the state of New York or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials and top-tier professional experience.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
