• Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage deal flow and ensure timely closing of transactions.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission.



• 2-4 years of experience in mortgage lending, structured finance, or commercial real estate law.



• Strong understanding of loan documentation, security instruments, and regulatory compliance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
