A law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Attorney to join its national commercial real estate lending practice in Boston, MA, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Duties

• Represent lenders in commercial real estate transactions.
• Handle structured debt and secondary market transactions.
• Advise on New York governing law, including lien law and consolidation.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience in lender representation across various asset classes.
• Knowledge of New York lien law preferred.
• Admission to the NY and CT bar preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdictions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
