A law firm seeks a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join their practice group in Boston, MA, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trust and estate planning and administration, with a strong understanding of state and federal tax laws.

Duties

• Advise clients on trust and estate planning and administration.
• Handle multigenerational wealth transfers and business succession planning.
• Conduct gift and income tax planning and charitable planning.
• Draft and review nuptial agreements.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal tax laws.
• Experience in multigenerational wealth transfers and business succession planning preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Massachusetts.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
