The ideal candidate will have experience advising public companies or investment banks on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters.

Duties

• Advise public companies on SEC compliance and governance matters.
• Represent issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions.
• Engage in IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in advising on SEC compliance and capital market transactions.
