Duties

• Handle defense of products liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice actions.
• Develop and execute service strategies directly with clients.
• Participate in litigation in New York State and federal courts.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience, preferably in torts.
• Superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
