A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney in Montgomery and Howard Counties, Maryland. Duties

• Independently handle hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Strategically manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex litigation.
• Contribute to firm growth and culture.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in Maryland.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (8+ years preferred).
• Significant experience in Montgomery and/or Howard Counties.
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage cases without supervision.
• Interest in professional growth within a collaborative environment.
• Admission to the District of Columbia Bar is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
