A law firm seeks a motivated Bilingual Associate Attorney in Houston, TX. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for an attorney committed to client advocacy and seeking long-term advancement. Experience in family law or estate planning is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Duties

• Manage cases involving divorce, custody, support, adoption, and other family law matters.
• Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication.
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, settlement offers, and discovery.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to support case strategy.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely task completion.
• Uphold legal ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 1+ years of experience in family law and/or estate planning preferred.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a caseload with support.
• Client-focused mindset with professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
