Duties

• Manage multiple complex business litigation matters, including breach of contract, non-competition agreements, and unfair trade practices.



• Communicate directly with individuals and companies of all sizes, serving as outside general counsel for long-term client relationships.



• Supervise and mentor junior associates while maintaining a high standard of analytical and writing excellence.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.



• Minimum of four years of relevant business or commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting.



• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Skills

• Strong analytical and legal drafting skills.



• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
