The candidate direct activities of the Faculty Housing and Residential Services Office (FHRSO) in support of university's housing programs for faculty and senior staff. Design and implement new policies, procedures and programs to meet university's near and long term housing demands. Direct management oversight of all tenant-related matters in over 2000 rental units owned by university. Supervise staff in managing the accounting, budgeting, rental management, and mortgage lending for faculty and senior staff. Provide an efficient and pleasant interface with individual faculty members and senior administrators and their associated spouses, partners, Deans and/or VP's thereby enhancing the University's potential to recruit and to retain high quality talent, and to facilitate the smooth transition for these talented individuals as they move into university housing or participate in various university home ownership programs.
