Deputy Attorney General, Criminal Law Division
The candidate will represent the Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC). Provides legal representation to the IDOC, Idaho Board of Correction, Idaho Commission for Pardons and Parole and their employees on matters including: prison civil rights litigation; employment matters; reviewing and drafting contracts, policies and procedures, and legislation; public records responses; and a broad range of other matters. Must be licensed to practice law in Idaho and have prior litigation experience. Experience in corrections, contracts, employment law, civil rights law, and government liability law desirable.
