Part-time Intellectual Property Paralegal
The candidate will be responsible for: creation, revision, and filing of patent documents and managing all aspects of pending patents. Must have a bachelor’s degree in law, business, or finance. Should have 3+ years of experience in patent legalities and trademark, with knowledge of producing and filing documents with the national patent office. Working knowledge of advertising law, copyright and trademark law is a must. Should be able to investigate patent infringements and prepare required materials to pursue legal recourse.
