The candidate should have experience litigating public safety presumptions at the WCAB and DCA. Litigation of PERS and County Retirement Act of 1937 applications/denials would be highly desirable. All candidates must be pro-Law Enforcement, have good computer skills, be willing to travel some, and have command presence. Prior public safety or military experience or the family members of those with public service experience are encouraged to apply.
