The Billing Analyst is reasonable for handling the full billing process for special clients across several offices.
Responsibilities:
Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
Generating invoices and sending them to clients
Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
Inputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting system
Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects
Qualifications:
Current / prior legal environment billing experience is required.
Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
