Accounting Associate
The candidate will provide assistance in a variety of financial functions that occur within a professional services organization: billing, collections, general ledger, accounts payable and a number of other duties. Must have 2 years' legal accounting/bookkeeping experience, specifically legal e-billing, and/or accounts payable and general ledger experience. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are also a must. Should be motivated and accountable, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously, sometimes under tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
