Pre-Closing Coordinator
The candidate should be able to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fast paced real estate law firm. Experience is a plus. Will be pre-Closing for a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Reviewing title searches and preparing title commitments for attorney review. Working closely with title companies to clear title and obtain title policies. Reviewing and summarizing UCC, judgment, tax, and other lien searches. Ordering payoffs and obtaining all other necessary documentation to facilitate each real estate transaction.
