Associate Attorney (Litigation)
The candidate should be an experienced litigation attorney to represent its clients in state and federal courts. This is an exceptional opportunity for the candidate to defend complex cases in a variety of areas, including long-term healthcare malpractice, nursing home defense, negligence tort litigation, premises liability, employment law and other complex civil litigation. Should have the ability to work proactively and independently, and will demonstrate strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills, and will meet the requirements listed below. A 2nd to 6th year lawyer with hands-on deposition experience required. History of academic success required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Trial experience preferred.
