EEO Investigator
Duties: Provides guidance and assists the ERDI Director and Labor Relations Director with overall EEO discrimination compliant process meeting policy and procedure implications as well as in development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of EEO process. Provides training and presentations as well as conducts mediation and conflict resolution sessions. Investigate all EEO Complaints (employees and students as appropriate). Investigate Title IX Complaints (employees on students; employees on employees) in accordance with Sexual Misconduct Policy. Responsible for investigating, monitoring, and evaluating EEO, Hate Violence and Prevention of Workplace Violence complaints of faculty, staff, administrators and students. Communicate with Complainants and Respondents to develop an Investigative Plan. Conduct intake interviews and investigate discrimination complaints; hate violence and prevention of workplace violence and, prepare discrimination complaint investigation summaries to include making recommendations for resolution and ensure all witnesses are interviewed.
