You should be able to explain complex subjects clearly and in a compelling way, that helps readers make sense of how Congress, the White House, federal agencies and even the courts shape policy.
We want an editor with excellent news judgment and superb skills as a wordsmith who can shape and polish content for all CQ Roll Call platforms and products, including two CQ health care policy newsletters for subscribers and Roll Call newspaper that publishes when Congress is in session. If you've got a track record directing a health reporting team to go after breaking news that helps sophisticated readers do their jobs and delivers distinctive, meaningful enterprise that is ahead of the pack, then this job is for you.
