Science Advisor/Patent Agent
Candidates will work on U.S. and foreign prosecution matters, as well as Inter Partes Reviews and freedom to operate analyses and/or performing due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers. Will develop IP strategies for emerging technology companies, as well as strategic portfolio development for public technology companies. Admission to the Patent Bar is preferred. Will have experience drafting patent applications and office action responses. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials and have a background in at least one or more of the following areas: computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering.
