Clery Program Manager
The candidate will work collaboratively with University Administration, Title IX Coordinator, Employee Assistance Program, Department of Residence, Dean of Students Office, Thielen Health Services, firm's Police, firm's Legal, firm's Athletics, firm's Human Resources, and International Study program as well as other facets of the University that work directly with students. Must be familiar with Clery reportable crime definitions and basic police procedures used in investigating these crimes. Should have Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience; OR a Master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience; OR a Ph.D. or other professional degree and related experience. Degree must be in a related field. Must have demonstrated experience working with and expertise in current Clery Act requirements and institutional impacts. Must have demonstrated experience managing complex programs. Must have demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programs. Should preferably have Juris Doctorate Degree. Should preferably have experience coordinating Clery programming in higher education. Should preferably have demonstrated experience conducting investigations and grievance hearings.
