**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to assist the Accounting team in managing product margin including revenue, inventory and the associated cost of goods sold, owning close tasks, supporting financial audits, and managing a team of Senior and Staff Accountants. What you’ll do:
Manage and review product margin activities during the month end close:
Calculate and review inventory reserves requirements
Oversee the preparation of and review monthly roll forwards, journal entries, reconciliations and reporting for inventory, accruals, cost of goods sold, deferred revenue and revenue allocations
Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting, performing research as needed
Perform data analytics to ensure completeness and accuracy of month end financial values
Manage and oversee daily product margin operations end to end which include:
Leading all aspects of the inventory accounting process
Manage COGS functions, including inventory transactions, gross margin analytics and variances
Partnering with the Supply Chain and Inventory Control teams on tech and process updates as well as new control development around the inventory lifecycle
Support FP&A in their monthly analysis of discounts, inventory reserves and revenue to bookings
Strategically implement control procedures and process efficiencies to streamline product margin data and financial accuracy
Work closely with cross functional departments to generate reporting and key metrics
Assist with quarterly and annual financial audits
Lead physical inventory counts in partnership with the Inventory Control team
Lead, motivate and manage a team of senior and staff accountants
Who you are:
5 years of inventory accounting experience
An experienced manager of a growing team
Experience with accounting systems and processes
The proud owner of a Bachelor of Science in accounting or finance
A total Excel expert (keyboard shortcuts are your love language)
Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
Consistently looking for new and innovative ways to work
Super serious about your work (without taking yourself too seriously)
A highly collaborative and communicative team player and self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
Highly organized and detail-oriented (improving and documenting processes is your bread and butter)
A dexterous multitasker who can prioritize several projects without losing focus

Positive, kind, and excited by a challenge
