Level 2 Background Check with AHCA
I9 Identification (Eligibility to work in the US)
CNA License/HHA Certificate with County Badge
Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and Current Car Insurance and Registration
To get to work quickly, it's helpful to have: Current CPR Card
Physical within the last 6 months (must say free of communicable disease)
