St Xavier Home Cares Services is seeking licensed HHAs and Level 2 PCA employees. Immediate Hire!
Cases in all five boroughs, Live In, Night Shift and Day Shift.
FOR TBI & NHTD PATIENTS.
Full Time Hours
Job Duties:
-Assist with patients personal care needs: personal hygiene , bathing, dressing/undressing, and ambulation together with any household task (e.g making bed, changing linens, laundry, light housekeeping, etc.) essential to the patients health in accordance with the patient's individualized care plan.
-Plan/prepare nutritious meals and assist in feeding patients as directed.
-Document services provided in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with company policy and personal care plan. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
-Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist in a timely manner.
-Carry out other duties that may be assigned
-Accompany patients to their doctor visits, carry charts, take notes, and push wheelchair.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 (PCA) - $18.00(HHA) per hour
