Deputy Title IX and EEO Coordinator
Duties: The candidate will be investigating discrimination and Title IX complaints and preparing comprehensive reports of investigation with findings of facts and recommendations; coordinating Title IX education, training, prevention and outreach events; continuously identifying and integrating best practices in the Title IX investigation arena into knowledge base and practices; assisting with tracking cases, data, and trends relative to discrimination and sexual misconduct and identifying appropriate courses of action; helping to ensuring University policies, procedures, protocols, and practices are in compliance with Title IX, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Clery Act and other applicable state and federal laws and regulations; keeping abreast of current state and federal laws and regulations and trends in the field of education related to harassment and other discriminatory practices that violate Title IX and other duties as assigned.
