Website Update Additional Features and WordPress Integration

Website Update, Additional Features and WordPress Integration
I need continuous work done on my clients website, [login to view URL] — this will be an ongoing project with multiple phases.
Phase 1 includes:
1.) Updating some links, text and images on a few of the pages (must be done ASAP)
2.) Adding some basic features to the existing website such as a blog (I already have WP theme installed that just needs some CSS customization), a sign up for our newsletter pop-up, and a pop-up image gallery in the events page. (blog to be done ASAP)
3.) To migrate the entire site onto WordPress so I can update the content myself. (can be done in the next 2 weeks)
Phase 2 will include adding e-commerce capability and helping us integrate our affiliate marketing platform. Will include more details on this once Phase 1 is complete.
