The candidate’s duties will include : Prepare CD’s for closing; Communicate with brokers, banks, clients, attorneys, and title companies from beginning to end of loan process. Coordinate with parties to schedule closings; Prepare loan closing documents for residential closings. Must have specific experience with processing and closing residential mortgage transactions as a settlement agent is required. Experience of 3 years (Preferred). Must be fully familiar with TRID process.
