Responsibilities will include designing, proofing, revising marketing materials for Carilion Wellness. Create and execute marketing and social marketing campaigns and event planning for Carilion Wellness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree required. Background in marketing, management, sales, public relations, communications or business.

EXPERIENCE: One year prior experience in marketing or management.  Prior experience in fitness field preferred.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATION: AHA BLS-HCP certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire

OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to express effectively concepts and ideas in order to market programs.  Must be creative and well organized.  Ability to work in team setting and coordinate effectively with other Carilion departments.  Must be able work weekends and maintain flexible schedule to perform marketing and club rotational duties.  Must provide own transportation to travel club sites and fitness events.

Must possess excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.  Knowledge of social media (content development, photography/video, etc.)
