Immigration Paralegal
The candidate should be an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) immigration paralegal with 2+ years of experience in the following areas: Adjustment of Status, Consular processing with and without Provisional Waivers, TPS, DACA, VAWA, U-Visas, and the ability to handle the intake of most general practice areas. Experience with Immigrant Pro is a plus. Excellent phone manner, and the ability to inspire trust in the public to commence new cases is a must. Must also be able to work well, and efficiently (two-week turnaround for petitions) with minimal supervision and follow-up.
