This person will be responsible for leading matrixed delivery teams of business analysts both remotely and on client site for various business projects throughout the organization. The project manager is responsible for execution, risk, and financial management for all aspects of their assigned projects and leading business efforts for those projects.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Undertakes creating strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation.
Planning and scheduling project goals, milestones and deliverables.
Defining requirements and planning the project life cycle. Defining resources and schedule for project and program implementation. Identifying and solving project issues effectively. Developing RFP (Requests for Proposals) for external services. Performing team assessment and evaluations. Exhibiting leadership qualities to define requirements for project risks. Possessing skills like organization, presentation and customer service skills. Designing and maintaining project documentation
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years of directly related work experience is required
