Project Summary
I am seeking a full stack developer that is also proficient in web design (or a top-notch web designer/developer duo and/or an agency) to develop a crowdsourcing website targeting a niche market. The site would be modeled off other crowdsourcing sites (examples provided); however, would not be a clone of what is readily available on the market today. My goal is to build a beautifully designed and fully functional minimal viable product from the ground up that will be piloted in the NY market. The site should be distinctly separate from competitor sites with its own unique design elements and front-end processes. More importantly, the front-end should be designed specifically to meet the needs of the targeted niche audience and accommodate my proposed business model. Back-end development can borrow certain elements of existing crowdsourcing websites. If the pilot exceeds my business goals, I plan to continue to enhance the minimal viable product into a full featured product and scale across the greater United States.
Key Objectives
The proposed website should include the most current and advanced design elements. It should be clean, easy to maintain and provide fresh content each time a visitor accesses the site. The sign-up process should simple and streamlined. Complex processes should be simplified and easy for the user to navigate in the fewest steps possible. It should also be interactive. Step-by-step instructions should be clear, concise, and graphically represented. Navigating through the website should be seamless and load times lightning fast. The website should also be optimized for mobile access. Preventive measures should be in place to prevent phishing and protecting sensitive data, including a robust verification process to prevent fraudulent account setup. Payment processing should be highly secure and fully integrated through a third-party payment processor. Lastly, the site should be optimized for SEO and seamlessly integrated with top social media platforms to realize the full value of organic marketing.
