Associate – Mid-Level
The candidate work will mostly consists of regulatory work relating to lending, alternative lending (e.g., merchant cash advances, factoring), payments, deposits, and digital currency and blockchain, including providing advice on new product development, and drafting consumer agreements and disclosures, and conducting regulatory due diligence to support commercial transactions. Also includes transactional work around these products and services, such as drafting and negotiating partnership agreements between Fintech companies and banks. Should have experience working in teams and in managing substantial components of projects independently. Should also have expertise in advising on federal and state laws that apply to the regulatory work described above.
