Assistant Dean and Director for Online Programs
The candidate for Online Programs, to lead the development and expansion of non-JD and certificate online programs that align with the strategic plans and goals of the school. Collaborates with admissions, student services, instructional design and technology support services to curate and deliver exceptional learning experiences and advise students through their academic journey. Will drive the marketing plan and strategies of the online programs, oversee the curriculum development process, recruit online faculty and conduct continuous and comprehensive review and assessment of all online programming. Must possess an advanced degree. A JD or MBA is preferred. Experience managing or teaching in the online environment, and developing and marketing educational programs is key. Experience using online learning management systems, such as Canvas, is a plus.
