Draft legal documents including initial disclosures, motions/briefs, witness and exhibit lists, discovery requests, responses to discovery, and legal memoranda. Review, redact, and summarize records including medical. Have a four-year degree/American Bar Association approved certificate. Should have 3-5 years of experience in PIP/No-Fault and third-party auto liability. Must have Experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook as well as Nuance.
