The candidate will join firm that represents clients in a variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product defect, medical malpractice and wrongful death actions, in both state and federal court. Will be a self-starting, hard-working, team-oriented litigator, possessing advanced writing and oral advocacy skills, with 5+ years of personal injury experience. Should be able to hit the ground running, with the ability to handle every aspect of a personal injury case - from filing the complaint, conducting discovery, taking and defending expert witness depositions, aggressive motion practice, and ultimately, jury trial.
