:: Reporting to the Director of Global Sales and Marketing, the 'Sales Manager' is expected to develop new business oppurtunities and grow sales by adding new accounts in addition to existing customer base. He should have extensive experience in selling electronic components to Telecom, commercial,Industrial and military/aerospace industries. He is required to mentor, manage, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales and marketing goals. Responsible for coordinating customer quotations, assign account responsibilities and esablish and maintain communications between sales, marketing and other personnel as well as customer and suppliers.The SM must be a self-starter, well organized, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Requires PC skills and proficiency with Excel and Access. Local candidates preferred but relocation assistance is considered for the right candidate. Excellent benefits & compensation pack offered by the company.BA, BS with min 5 year's experience is required.
