Profile

Key contributor across a wide range of strategic projects, managing, analyzing, modeling, advising and tracking supply chain initiatives and performance across TH NA Supply. Owner of initiatives to forecast, analyze, report & optimize product costs.

Leads and shapes methodologies for financial modeling against initiatives and their contribution, as well as measuring efficiencies. Ensures standardized approach to ROI tracking and efficiency, while driving optimum creative approaches for initiatives. Provides senior leadership and x-functional brand teams with cost guidance and clear recommendations to unlock value for the enterprise. Drives collaboration across the organization to evolve the end-to-end costing process, implement new ways of working, and drive profitability while mitigating headwinds and risk.

Responsibilities:

Supply Data & Analytics

• Develop strategies and solutions that support TH Supply strategic initiatives including speed, flexibility, agility, sustainability, verticality, and leverage.
• Manage complex data and business analyses to make clear recommendations that drive strategic decisions
• Synthesize findings and translate into simplified and understandable recommendations/insights in compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Respond to data related inquiries to support business and provide innovative analytical insights.
• Continually refine best practices for communicating analytics to improve current and future management of outcomes in a volatile environment
• Lead team in creating methodologies, analyses, and impactful approaches that effectively attributes and tracks ROI against initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong industry competitive knowledge
• Develop dashboards to empower TH & PVH Supply teams with data
• Own relationships with Supply leadership, Offshore Leaders/Teams, Finance, Sourcing, Raw Materials Team, Technical Services/QA team and Corporate Responsibility Team.
• Develop and model true end-to-end benefits (e.g. agility models and its benefits for cash flow, transport costs, inventory availability, and contribution)
• Bring technical and industry expertise to ensure quality and accuracy of data then process, design and present it in ways to improve decision-making

Cost Strategy & Analytics

• Partner with the Platform and business Supply Strategy teams to understand and measure cost impacts of long-term sourcing strategies
• Own & manage forecasting product costs based on macro & other factors.
• Own & manage seasonal cost rollups & reporting to leadership
• Serve as cost strategy partner, influencer and thought leader to Supply Senior Leadership and End to End Sourcing teams
• Identify & implement cost optimization initiatives
• Create & share cost optimization dashboards and presentations with Leadership to track progress, escalate challenges & influence decisions
• Stay well-informed of macro environment and associated business impact, quantify risk, and opportunities to inform future strategic decisions
• Lead efforts to track and educate Supply teams on impact of trade deals, duty shifts, tariffs, and geopolitical issues impacting costing
• Lead as a connector between business and functions to document and share best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA desired
• 4-6 years’ work experience in manufacturing with focus on industrial engineering and/or finance, or other supply chain background
• Demonstrated leadership, managing people of all levels                
• Proven skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Able to understand complex databases.
• Executive presence, voice, and ability to influence and operate with all levels

• Ability to analyze multiple areas of the TH business and develop comprehensive strategies and initiatives to improve business performance
• Ability to research, analyze, understand and compile large amounts of data and provide meaningful reports
• Able to build relationships, influence at all levels (executive through associate), work in ambiguity and navigate a complex matrix organization
