Senior eBilling Resolutions Specialist
Duties: Analyze and problem-solve complex ebilling scenarios. Liaise with attorneys, clients and eBilling Team to troubleshoot and resolve ebilling issues. Review new business information and work with members of the Rates team to ensure that rates in the Aderant database align with the eVendor’s system. Supervise implementation of electronic billing for clients who formerly used paper or emailed invoicing. Provide transition plan for clients changing ebilling platforms. Open support cases with eBillingHub, BillBlast or eVendor sites to resolve issues with invoice submissions. Assist with implementing software application version upgrades. Provide analytics and reporting regarding timekeepers and matters to clients. Analyze and provide reporting for the Revenue team regarding collections. Research and recommend constructive solutions to reduce or eliminate inefficiencies. Provide occasional coverage for locations for team members during schedule changes. Facilitate training schedule for new team members. Assist attorneys and staff with access and navigation of ebilling vendors. Map new or existing clients in the eBilling Hub or BillBlast to ensure compliance with specified billing requirements. Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
