The candidate will work for department: School of Business. Reports To: department Chairperson. This Faculty member teaches Business Law courses. Teaches lecture and laboratory sections.Evaluates and advises students. Participates in departmental and College affairs. Develops curricula. Recruits students. Serves on committees. Performs other duties as assigned. should have Juris Doctorate: or Master's Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in coursework related to Business Law. All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution. Work experience in field preferred. Should possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with students of widely ranging skills.
